Exporting References from Web of Science

There are currently problems exporting references from Web of Science and the Libraries have been in touch with Thomson technical support staff about this issue. It's an especially "fun" problem because it manifests itself in different ways depending on your browser, whether you're on- or off-campus, are trying to export single records or from a saved list, and whether you've already tried to export records during your session. It happens in both the 3.0 and 4.0 versions of the Web of Science interface.

Fortunately Thomson tech staff are able to re-create the problem, but they don't yet have a fix. Firefox users who export single records seem to have the best experience and there are no known problems with exporting to EndNote Web.
